Susan Rossetti

New & Improved: Susan Rossetti

Susan is a Partner at NEW & IMPROVED where she lends her expertise in strategic marketing, project management and brand communications. Susan also serves as the Senior Associate Director of Development at the University of Chicago, working with alumni to raise major gifts in support of undergraduate programs.

Susan has a broad background in marketing and development, and has worked extensively in the for—profit and non—profit sectors. Previously, she served as the Director of External Affairs at the Arts & Business Council of Chicago, and as Marketing Manager of IFP/Los Angeles (now Film Independent), a non—profit membership organization for independent filmmakers. Susan began her career in retail bank product management, managing customer retention and relationship banking programs and directing all aspects of marketing, including program planning and implementation, market research, competitive benchmarking, product development and pricing.

Susan holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Susan serves on the Board of Directors of IFP/Chicago, and the Advisory Board of Pacific Asian Counseling Services (PACS) in Los Angeles.
