Chris is a Partner at NEW & IMPROVED when he’s not working as an Organizational Development Specialist at Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford. He works with clients to assess their needs and provide opportunities for growth and change to best meet those needs.
As evaluator, trainer, facilitator, and coach, Chris plays a wide variety of roles to create the most effective organizational intervention for a given situation. These interventions include creating vision, mission and goals, team-building, problem solving, strategic planning, leadership coaching, and soft-skill training.
Chris is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (a measure of psychological type), the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (a measure of individual creative/cognitive style), and KEYS (an organizational assessment tool). He received his Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Seattle University and holds a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Innovation from SUNY College at Buffalo.
Chris, his wife and two young sons split their time between Hartford and their Long Island garden, where they are often covered in dirt.
