New & Improved: Tim Dunne

Tim Dunne is a partner at New & Improved and believes that the emotional courage required to implement change requires energy, and the energy he brings to do this is contagious. Tim uses a blend of skills, tools and process while creating the right environment to foster agents of change who can create innovation in organizations. His passion is breakthrough learning, the kind that invites new behaviors by individuals.

Tim brings his transformative skill sets to his consulting work with organizations including Deutsche-Bank, the World Bank, Brown-Forman/Southern Comfort, Business Objects, Cartier, the University of Greenwich Business School, and the University College at Falmouth.

Tim spent fourteen years in the banking industry developing innovative debt products for the largest housing owners in the U.S. Tim now creates and leads workshops on leadership and structured creativity at conferences in South Africa, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. Among other topics, his workshops expand self-awareness and move people to creative action, plus focus on leadership humility, challenging assumptions, and selling authentically yet creatively. He writes articles on the subject of change and innovation and loves to lead intensive workshops around the world. Tim holds an MBA in Finance from the William E. Simon School of Business, and currently serves on the faculty at the CREA Conference in Europe and The Creative Problem Solving Institute in the USA.

Tim lives in Paris with his partner and two small daughters, whose interaction with their father tests every leadership and collaboration theory that Tim chooses to adopt. Tim enjoys being in any environment where one is required to chop wood and carry water, for which he has his mother to thank.
